1 tsp Sugar
1 gill (¼ pt) Brandy
A dash of Rum
1 egg, organic if possible
Pinch of Fresh Grated Nutmeg
¾ gill Milk
Crushed Ice
1) Half fill a cocktail shaker with crushed ice and add sugar.
2) Add the egg, rum, brandy and milk.
3) Shake well and pass through a strainer.
4) Serve to your delighted guests with a sprinkle of nutmeg on top.
